  • Weymouth Beach
It is a curving arc of golden sand and is just minutes from the town centre and historic harbour. From donkey rides to traditional attractions, there is a wide range of different activities, especially during summer. You can also have a stroll along the promenade or enjoy the views from Weymouth Beach.
  • Jurassic Skyline
A 53 metre tall tower on Weymouth Pier. As the viewing gondola slowly rotates a full 360 degrees, you can enjoy stunning views of the Jurassic Coast and Weymouth Harbour.
  • Sea Life adventure park
A place where you can experience a charming journey both above and below the ocean. Explore the underwater world with over 1,000 creatures to see and many other fun things to do like Caribbean Cove and a splash zone.
  • Nothe Fort
Built between 1860 and 1872, it is one of the most visited attractions in Weymouth. Earlier used as a Navy base, it is one of the best-preserved forts of its kind featuring gun decks, ramparts and many more displays.
  • Bennetts Water Gardens
It is an 8-acre garden which holds one of the most brilliant national and international collections of water lilies. Other features include a Claude Monet style Japanese Bridge, Tropical House, Woodland Walks and Museum.
  • RSPB Weymouth Wetlands
There are two top class nature reserves which include Radipole Lake and Lodmoor. The range of activities includes pond dipping, duck feeding, guided walks and bird observation.
  • Sandsfoot Castle and the Rodwell Trail
Rodwell trail is a pleasant 3.5km cyclist and pedestrian path along Weymouth’s old railway line. Halfway along the Rodwell Trail, there is the Sandsfoot Castle built by Henry VIII in 1539 to protect his kingdom from foreign invasion. You can find an outdoor café and obtain a free guide.
  • Sandworld Sculpture Park
Sandworld is the sand sculpture festival that showcases amazing sand sculptures made by experienced sand artists from across the world. It is inspired by a different theme each year.
  • Tudor House Museum
Tudor House Museum is an early 17th century building which showcases the home of an early seventeenth-century middle-class family. It is one of the UK’s best preserved Tudor buildings.
